How to Books for Kindergarten
Below is a list of best how to books for kindergartens. They include;
I love this series of books. The illustrations are so awesome I love the vivid colours in the books and I love the silly little sayings on how they’re trying to catch whatever it is they’re catching. This is another great book in the series
This book is super cute and great for young kids who love dinosaurs! I bought it for my grandkids and they love this book. They have been reading it over and over again. – They all love the fun and silly ways the characters try to “catch a dinosaur”. It’s also pretty easy for them to read themselves (They are in second grade). A great addition to our library of books for them.
This is a cute book overall. The pictures found in the book are bright and my 2 and 1/2-year-old grandchild likes the pictures. I read some of the reviews about the plot… My toddler just likes that it’s about a dinosaur, and had a robot in it.
The only thing that gets me is the ending. The whole book rhymes but the last 2 pages are 1 line and feel awkward like it was unfinished and ended quickly. But then again my son loves it, asks for it every night, and as long as he enjoys it, that’s what means most to me
I just read this book before I wrapped it for one of my Granddaughters, (which I do with all the books I give to them). I was smiling throughout this whole book.
She loves when I read books to her and her brother. We have done a lot of these together, going to the park, playing dress-up and even brush hair others hair.
The senior building where I live doesn’t allow us to have sleepovers with our grandkids, but it doesn’t stop me from staying at their house overnight.
She even has a Princess Tent in her room, so we can sleep in it when I come over. We have such a great time reading books and these “How To” books are just the thing to give us more ideas when they babysit their Grammy, (me).
I cannot wait to purchase more “How To” books for them.
Such a good little book to instill kindness into our kids when they are young! Definitely recommend
I bought this book for my 4-year-old niece because she loves mermaids and this book is full of objects that she can point out and name. the colours are so vibrant and it’s a really good quality book! there was one reviewer who said they didn’t like the book because it made sharks out to be scary and I also don’t agree with making children afraid of sharks because 100s of millions get murdered each year.
However, this is a juvenile fiction book. I have to explain to children that what they see in books and movies are people and animals that are exaggerated because when they grow up you won’t be able to hide shark movies from them. the book is amazing!
My two grandsons turned five within ten days of each other, and they lost their first tooth with about the same time period in between.
I got them both this book, and both loved it. It really added a lot to the tooth-losing event. I also got them both a real dinosaur tooth.
They loved it, but when I suggested that we could glue it in their mouth where their old tooth was, I learned that doing so was the even dumber thing to say to a sixling than it sounds.
Ok, we’re not even out of 2021 yet and I already have a very good contender for my favourite picture book for 2022. I do not think I even have the right words to explain how very much I enjoyed How to Give Your Cat a Bath. It’s definitely going to take something pretty spectacular to top this one for me.
The premise here seems quite simple: a small girl is attempting to give her cat a bath based on instructions she’s being given by an off-page narrator. Alas, what seems like a simple task turns out to be anything but! As each step proves to be more difficult than anticipated, the narrator begins to give more detailed instructions.
At first glance, this book appears to be pretty basic. There are not many words on any of the pages, and the illustrations are not overly detailed.
But the more you look, the more you realize there’s more going on in these clever pictures than appears at first glance. The range of facial expressions on both the girl and the cat tells a story of their own.
This none special book to. I enjoyed reading it to my kids. Althoughth, Some of the reviews II saw on this book were saying they weren’t going to give this book as a gift since it has potty words in it.
We have quite a few of the books from Adam’s How to catch series, and they never cease to amaze me more and more. Every night my kids want to read them before bed.
The illustrations along with the storyline are beautiful and poem-like. We absolutely love them all! How to catch a dragon follows a Chinese new year, and some others in the series are mainly Christmas related or just other holidays as well.
I highly suggest any of these books for kids. They did an amazing job with them and my kids think so as well! We plan on getting more of the series too.
I have a variety of ages in my house- and every single kiddo has found something they love in this book! My third grader does refine freehand practice, while the toddler jumps in with lines and tracing.
It is hard to find something so captivating for different ages. In this challenging time of filling many hours at home while also wanting to expand our kiddos’ minds and skillsets- How to Draw is coming through!
Side note but also important: the book is super cute and speaks high quality!
I am proud to gift this for birthdays and Christmas with a set of coloured pencils and know that the adults and kids alike will be impressed!
The above will surely put smiles on the faces of your kids. I’ve used them and I trust you’ll love them.
